Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day (if order is placed before 2 o'clock) or the next working day during busy periods. We use a number of couriers to best suit the order. Delivery charges are based on the weight (including packaging) and the destination of the order.

UK Mainland

For small 1 or 2 item orders please get in touch and we will see if there is a cheaper carriage alternative.

For our Express Service we use DPD Local Next Day.  This is generally delivered next day however we can not guarantee this and can not be held responsible for late deliveries.

For large orders over 10KG additional carriage costs may be applied, please ask for a quote if unsure.

1 - 10KG                        £7.95 (next day)

We offer FREE delivery when you spend £60 or more with us. This offer is only available to customers in the UK Mainland. Depending on the value of the order and contents different couriers may be used for this type of delivery. Please note this service can take 3-4 working days but is generally next day.
FREE Delivery when you spend £60 or more and up to 10KG

 FREE Delivery is ONLY available to customers in the UK MAINLAND

Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery is available on in stock orders placed BEFORE 2PM MONDAY - THURSDAY. to be delivered the next WORKING day. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will arrive on Monday.

Saturday Delivery

For an extra fee orders placed before 2pm Friday can be delivered on Saturday.

International Delivery

Collect In Store

You are able to place your order and pay for your items on our website and then collect from our premises in Essex 6 or 7 min from J29 of the M25. Please call to arrange a suitable time so we can have your order ready.
